Trakstar Academy for Trainers

If you're getting started as a Trainer in Trakstar Learn, we recommend beginning with the training courses available in Trakstar Academy.

These self-paced courses are designed specifically for new Trainer users and will help you become familiar with the platform and its features.

You can access Trakstar Academy and enroll in available courses from the Academy homepage.

If you need additional assistance, we also recommend contacting your company's training department or your manager. You can also reach the Learn Support team at learn@trakstar.com.

How to Access Trakstar Academy

1. Open the Trakstar Academy page.
2. Select the course you'd like to take.

Select Get Started to launch the course.

4. You will be redirected to the Trakstar Academy Learn site, where you'll need to register for an account.

Important: Your Trakstar Academy account is separate from your Trakstar Learn, Hire, or Perform account. You must create or use a Trakstar Academy-specific login.

If you have taken any of our courses before, you will have a login - you may be redirected to the Log in screen or click on Already have an account? Log in. from the registration page.   If unsure of your password, click on Forgot password? to force a password reset.

Returning Users

If you've previously taken courses in Trakstar Academy:

1. Select Already have an account? Log in.
2. Sign in using your existing Trakstar Academy credentials.

If you don't remember your password, select Forgot password? to reset it.

Troubleshooting

If you don't have an account but continue to be redirected to the login page instead of the registration page, try opening Trakstar Academy in a private or incognito browser window.
