Integration: Connect ADP Workforce Now to Trakstar Learn

The Trakstar Learn integration with ADP Workforce Now allows you to automate adding, updating, archiving, and rehiring employees in Learn using ADP Workforce Now as your source of truth. Once the integration is in place, any changes made in ADP Workforce Now will automatically sync to Trakstar Learn on a nightly basis.

The following fields of data will be created and updated when an employee is hired or updated in ADP Workforce Now:

  • First Name*
  • Last Name*
  • external_id (This must exist for all employees and must be unique – requires an available custom field)
  • Email Address*

* denotes a required field

In addition to the above, the following fields of data can also be pulled over from ADP Workforce Now as custom fields in Learn to help you segment your employees:

  • Business Unit**
  • Department**
  • Company Code**
  • Job Class**
  • Location**

**Using one of the above 5 fields, we can automatically add your employees to groups in Learn to help you assign courses automatically. For example – If you choose Department, you will specify a group for each department in your organization, and all new hires will be automatically added to the appropriate group, allowing them access to the courses attached.
