Captions on videos in courses

Google Chrome offers live captioning in-browser for English language audio/video. Here's how to enable it!

Turning on live captioning

On your Chrome browser, click the 3 dots at the top right of your screen and select Settings:

Select Accessibility from the menu on the lefthand side, and toggle on the option for Live Caption:

You can also set caption preferences if you'd like;

Why is this helpful?

To foster inclusivity! Should a deaf or hard of hearing person join your team, using Chrome's captioning function will be able to caption your training videos and audios.
