Integration: Connect Paycor to Trakstar Learn

The Trakstar Learn integration with Paycor allows you to automate adding, updating, and terminating employees in Learn using Paycor is your source of truth. Once the integration is in place, any changes made in PAYCOR will automatically sync to Trakstar Learn on a nightly basis.

The following fields of data will be created and updated when an employee is hired or updated in PAYCOR:

· First Name

· Last Name

· Employee # (this must be a unique value from PAYCOR)

· Email Address (Also used for Username)

· Status – Terminated/Active

In addition to the above, the following fields of data can also be pulled over from PAYCOR and for use in custom fields in Learn:

· Department

· Work Location

· Worker Type (Regular, Temporary, Contractor, etc…)

· FLSA (Houry Exempt, Salary Non Exempt, etc…)

· Job Title

· Hire Date

· Legal Entity ID

· Manager Employee #

In addition to provisioning your users, we can help automate course assignments for new hires. As an employee is added to Learn, the integration will assign them courses that you require all new hires to take.
