Can I change the columns shown on the Users page?

You can customize the columns displayed on the Users page to show the information that is most relevant to you, including any Custom User Fields configured for your account.

By default, the Users page displays the following columns:

Last Name
First Name
Email
Role
Status

Your column selections are saved automatically and remain in place the next time you visit the page.

Customize the Displayed Columns

From the left navigation menu, click Users.
Click the gear icon on the right side of the page.
Select the columns you want to display.
To remove a column, click the checkmark next to the column name.
To restore the default column layout, select the Reset to Default option.

Your changes are applied immediately and are saved for future visits.

Display Custom User Fields

If your account includes Custom User Fields, they are available in the column selector and can be displayed alongside the standard user information.

To make a custom field available, it must first be created in Users > Set Up > Custom Fields.
