How do I change the language of my course?
You can change the language used for your course's navigation buttons, system messages, and other built-in course elements.
Note: Changing the course language only updates the platform's built-in interface and system-generated content. It does not translate the content you have uploaded, such as PowerPoint presentations, videos, or course descriptions. For example, if you upload a presentation in English, it will remain in English regardless of the selected course language.
Change the Course Language
- Open the course you want to update.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Click Edit.
- In the Languages section, choose the desired language from the available options.
- Save your changes.
The selected language will be applied to supported course interface elements.
What Changes When You Select a Language?
The selected language is applied to the following built-in course elements:
- Module introduction
- Quiz introduction
- Recap slide
- Quiz navigation buttons and text
- Surveys
- Completion certificates
- Invitation emails
- Completion emails
- Reminder emails
