How do I disable fast-forwarding?

You can prevent trainees from fast-forwarding through slide animations, narrations, and videos within a course.

Note: This feature is not available on all plans. If your account does not include this option and you would like to enable it, contact learn@trakstar.com for more information.

Disable Fast-Forwarding

Open the course where you want to disable fast-forwarding.
Select the Settings tab.
Click Edit.
In the Modules section, locate Allow trainees to Fast-forward slide animations, narrations, and videos.
Clear the checkbox.
Click Save to apply your changes.

Additional Information

Disabling this setting prevents trainees from skipping ahead through supported course content, including:

Slide animations
Narrations
Videos
