How do I remove a Module from a Course?

You can remove a module from a course if it is no longer needed. Removing a module only affects the selected course; the module itself remains available in your account and can be added to other courses.

Important: Removing a module from a course affects all trainees who have not yet completed the course, including trainees who are currently in progress.

Remove a Module

1. From the left navigation menu, select Courses.
2. Open the course you want to update.
3. Select the Modules tab.
4. Locate the module you want to remove.
5. Click the Remove icon next to the module.
6. Confirm that you want to remove the module.

The module is removed from the course but remains available in your module library for future use.

What Happens When You Remove a Module?

Removing a module from a course:

• Removes the module from the selected course only.
• Does not delete the module from your account.
• Does not affect the module's availability for use in other courses.
• Affects all trainees who have not yet completed the course, including those currently in progress.
