How do I enforce module sequence?

By default, trainees can move freely between slides within a module. If you want trainees to complete content in a specific order, you can enable Module Sequence.

When Module Sequence is enabled, trainees must complete each slide before advancing to the next one. This setting helps ensure learners progress through the training in the intended order.

Enable Module Sequence

1. Open the course containing the module you want to configure.
2. Open the module.
3. Select the Settings tab.
4. Click Edit.
5. Locate the Modules section.
6. Enable Enforce Module Sequence.
7. Click Save to apply your changes.

How Module Sequence Works

When Module Sequence is enabled:

• Trainees must complete each slide before moving to the next slide.
• Learners cannot skip ahead to later content until the required slides have been completed.
• Once a slide has been completed, trainees can return to previously viewed slides as needed.

This feature is useful for training that requires learners to review content in a specific order before progressing.
