How do I invite multiple trainees to a course?

Select Users from the Left Navigation, and then you can decide which user(s) you want to invite to in regards to module/course. The options are as follows:

A. You can filter your selection by using the Advanced Filter section

or

B. You can automatically select all the trainees you would like to invite to a module/course., using the "Select All" box

Once you have selected the users you want to invite, click the “Invite” button at the top, right of the Users page.

A pop-up will appear that will allow you to select the Courses you would like to invite them to take.

Once the Courses have been selected, click “Invite to x Courses”. Next, click “done. Learn will send each user an invitation email to all selected users for every course/series you selected.
