Can I download a module's content?

You can download the original files that were uploaded to a module as a single .zip file. If audio was recorded directly within Trakstar Learn, those audio files are also included in the download.

Before You Begin

Keep the following in mind:

• On Premium and Enterprise plans, only Administrators can download module content.
• Quizzes and surveys created in Trakstar Learn cannot be downloaded.
• The download includes the original uploaded files and any audio recorded within the module.

Download Module Content

1. Open the module you want to download.
2. Select the Content tab.
3. Click Download Content.

Trakstar Learn downloads all eligible module content as a single .zip file.

File Size Limitation

If the combined size of the downloaded files exceeds 2 GB, your computer may be unable to open the .zip file successfully.

If this occurs:

1. Contact Trakstar Learn Support at learn@trakstar.com.
2. Include the module name and identify the files you need.
3. Support will provide the files using an alternative delivery method.
