Can I download a module's content?

To download the content from your module, go to the Content tab of the module and click on the Download Content button.

All the original files will download into one .zip file (per module). If you recorded audio over any of the slides within Learn, those audio files would also be downloaded. If you are on the Premium or Enterprise tier, you can only download content if you are an Administrator. 

Quizzes and surveys cannot be downloaded.

Note: If the cumulative size of all the files is over 2GB, you may receive an error when you try to open the .zip file. If so, please reach out to us at learn@trakstar.com with the name of the module and which files you need, and we will send them to you via an alternative method.
