How can I archive a course?

Archiving a course removes it from active use while preserving the course and its associated data. Archived courses can be restored later if needed.

Note: Archiving a course does not delete it. Reporting data, learner progress, and course settings are retained.

Archive a Course

1. From the left navigation menu, select Courses.
2. Open the course you want to archive.
3. Click Course Actions.
4. Select Archive.
5. Confirm that you want to archive the course.

The course is moved to your archived courses and is no longer available to learners.

Restore an Archived Course

If you need to make the course available again:

1. Navigate to your archived courses.
2. Open the archived course.
3. Click Course Actions.
4. Select Unarchive.

The course is restored and becomes available for use again.
