How do I see who can access my groups?

You can view which Trainers and Managers have access to your groups, or see which groups a specific Trainer or Manager can access, from the Users section of the Admin Portal.

View Which Groups a Trainer or Manager Can Access

1. From the left navigation menu, click Users.
2. Locate the Trainer or Manager whose permissions you want to review.
3. Click the user's name to open their profile in the right-side panel.
4. Select the Permissions tab.

The Permissions tab displays the groups that the selected Trainer or Manager has access to.

View Who Has Access to a Specific Group

1. From the left navigation menu, click Users.
2. In the upper-right corner, click Set Up and select Groups.
3. Select the group you want to review from the list on the left.

The right-side panel displays:

• Trainers and Managers who have access to all Trainees
• Trainers and Managers whose access is restricted to the selected group
