Recovering Your Password
If you don't know your password or have forgotten it, you can quickly recover it with the following steps.
Visit the password recovery page by using the 'Forgot Password?' option found on the training company's log-in page/portal and enter your log-in email address that you use for your Trakstar Learn account on the Reset password page.
Passwords must contain at least eight characters: one uppercase, one lowercase letter, a number, and a unique character (!@#$). Learn more about password requirements here.

Note: If you do not have an email address associated with your Learn account, please contact your administrator for further instructions.
The link is only valid for 24 hours for your security. If the link has expired, repeat the steps above to generate a new reset password email.
Users are required to change their password every 90 days for account security
