Jen - Senior Manager of Support
Jen manages the Support team from Flint, Michigan - with the help of her Golden Retriever, Finn. She loves to develop teams in the support world, and is passionate about leading with empathy and inclusivity. She has a fraternal twin sister (who looks nothing like her!) and was a touring musician for many years. When she's not working, Jen likes to be outside or binge watch her favorite tv shows. Some say that Jen is an actual golden retriever herself.
Jessica - Team Lead
Jessica is the Team Lead for the Trakstar Perform Support team. She spend my days helping our support team solve tricky problems, supporting our customers, and making sure the team has what they need to succeed. She is based in California, and when she's not in the support queue or coaching the team, she is usually chasing after her toddler, listening to her husband play guitar, going for walks, or enjoying a good cup of coffee. She loves being part of a team that genuinely cares about helping customers succeed.
Mariana
Mariana comes to you from Merìda, Mexico, to answer all your Hire and Learn questions! When she's not at work, you can find her walking and petting her two dogs (Tuna & Miel), hanging out with family, going to the beach to read or kayak, or watching a good movie.
Megan
Megan, one of our Perform experts, comes to you from Puebla, MX and can be found watching movies, grabbing a bacon cheeseburger, or just hanging out at home with her dog Nina who is a very grumpy chihuahua. A fun fact about her: She's a big Shrek fan — her Shrek crocs are her absolute favorite and she's a bit obsessed with the Toy Story Aliens.
Susie
Susie is in Juarez, MX. Outside of answering your Perform questions, she loves to go dancing, take a walk in the park, or enjoy a cup of coffee. She also enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time with her loved ones! Susie likes to crack jokes when you least expect it. 😉
Nikte
Nikte, one of our Learn experts, is a creative spirit who loves flowers, pets, tacos, and people in equal measure. She shares her home with Luna the dog and two cats—Felicia (a tuxedo diva) and Miroslava (a Siamese sweetheart)—and dreams of beach life and world travel. A Bojack Horseman fan with a soft spot for lilac, she inherited her love of animals from her mom (who has eight dogs!). Nikte brings curiosity, culture, and connection to everything she does—basically, sunshine in human form.
Pascal
Pascal joins us from Tijuana, Mexico, and is here to answer your Hire questions! They’re into dancing, music, and pretty much anything in the art world. Big fan of video games, horror movies, and hanging out with their wildly friendly, zero-boundaries dog, Enzo. Fun fact: they watched The Substance five times. On the fifth? They fell asleep. That’s when they knew everything was going to be okay.
Michael - Success Manager
Michael troubleshoots all your Perform questions from Corpus Christi, TX. He loves to read random books, watch old movies, garden, and cook - and he was raised on a horse farm in Kansas.
Laur - Success Manager
Laur answers your questions from Chattanooga, TN, with the help of their cats, Olive and Ash. Some of their favorite things to do include baking bread and other delicious treats, playing Stardew Valley, and drinking coffee. They love the reports and Insights within the Trakstar platform because it lays everything out in a very visual way!
