Integrations: Paylocity to Trakstar Learn
The Trakstar Learn integration with Paylocity allows you to automate adding, updating, archiving, and rehiring employees in Learn using Paylocity as your source of truth. Once the integration is in place, any changes made in Paylocity will automatically sync to Trakstar Learn daily.
The following fields of data will be created and updated when an employee is hired or updated in Paylocity:
- First Name*
- Last Name*
- Employee #*
- This must exist for all employees and must be unique
- Email Address
- Status – Terminated or Active
- Terminated employees are archived in Learn
*Required Field
In addition, the following fields of data can be pulled over from Paylocity and will create custom fields in Learn to help you segment your employees:
- Cost Center 1
- Cost Center 2
- Cost Center 3
- Employee Type
- full-time, part-time, contractor, etc
- Job Title
One of the five custom fields can
automatically assign your employees to groups in Learn to help with course assignments. For example, choose the cost center associated with your departments. You will create groups in Learn that match the names of your departments, and anyone associated with that cost center will be automatically assigned to the appropriate group.
