Workflows: Connecting Trakstar Products
When using the Trakstar platform, we make it easy for you and your team to access every product - Learn, Perform, and Hire. Here are some suggestions and best practices to achieve a unified login experience and connect the products!
Single Login Experience with SSO
You can set up a single login experience for Trakstar by using SSO. Each product has SSO available, allowing them to use the same login they are used to at your organization for logging in to all Trakstar products, too!
We suggest having your team bookmark the Perform, Hire, and Learn login pages that bring you directly to your account. These will include your account name or namespace, right in the URL. Your team can log in via SSO to one of these accounts, then navigate to any others, and they'll still be logged in!
Here are the specific links - replace the bold ACCOUNTNAME or NAMESPACE with your own unique account name or namespace.
- Hire: https://ACCOUNTNAME.hire.trakstar.com/app
- Learn: https://ACCOUNTNAME.learn.trakstar.com
- Perform: https://perform.trakstar.com/login?login_namespace=NAMESPACE
Finding Your Account Name of Namespace
For Learn or Hire, you can find the account name info by looking at the URL when logged into your account. For example, in the URL below, the account name is happyfactory.
For Perform, you can usually locate the namespace by looking at a welcome email, as the login link token pulls the direct URL. You can copy and paste this specific login URL to share with your team so they do not need to enter the Company Name when logging in.

Pro Tip:Add the Learn and Hire URLs to the Welcome Message in Perform! This way, your team can log in to Perform and easily access Learn and Hire.
Does your SSO Console Page have a launchpad setup? Do you have an internal intranet? Ask your IT team to add the links directly to this page!
Product-to-Product Workflows
The Trakstar Platform has built-in workflows that allow information to move effortlessly between the products.
Hire to Learn or Perform
Move a hired candidate directly into these products to make your review set-up or onboarding learning experience even easier.
Once the candidate is moved over, you can view them in Learn or Perform via the links available in their final stage.
Perform to Learn
Associate unique measurements to courses in Learn - so when you select the Training Measurement in Perform, you can assign the course in Learn!
Managers can select the Training Course Measurement Type within Perform, then select from the drop down of Learn courses that appear. This will assign the course to the employee in Learn, and associate it with this Measurement, so you can monitor the progress, right from Perform.
Once it is assigned, the employee will see their course assignment linked right within the measurement.
Managers and employees can view the measurement in Perform to see the progress on the Learn course.
