We’ll ask you a few questions so we can invite you to research studies that best match your interests!
What to Expect
When we have a study, you’ll receive an email invite with all the details—study topic, timeframe, and any incentive offered—so you can decide if it fits your interests and schedule. Note, study emails will come from research@userinterviews.com. Please add this to your address book to be sure the emails don't go to spam.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do I receive for taking part?
After taking part in a research project we may send you a thank you gift, e.g. an e-gift card, swag, charity donation, or something else. The thank-you gift varies session by session, but we'll include its exact details in the email invitation so you know what you'll receive before each session.
What kinds of research will I participate in?
You may be invited to participate in a usability session, informational interview, site visit, or online survey. If you’re a potential match for one of our studies, we will tell you a bit more about the study before we schedule a time.
When do the studies take place, and how long are these studies?
Our study dates and times vary but will typically require anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour of your time and are scheduled Monday through Friday, from 8:00am-6:00pm MST.
How many times am I allowed to participate?
You can participate as many times as you’d like! However, we try to let everyone participate no more than once a month so we can get as many different perspectives as possible.
What will you do with my personal information?
The information you provide will only be used to match you with suitable research studies and won't be shared or sold to external parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Can I leave the panel?
We'll miss you! But yes, you can leave anytime. Either unsubscribe from our emails or contact us.
My company has a policy against receiving gift card compensation. Can I still participate in studies that are offering gift cards?
Yes you can! You can either tell us during the session not to send you a gift card, or you can opt to donate the gift card to charity.
