Changing User Permission Levels
Only administrators can change the permission level of other users.
From the left navigation bar, click on Users, and then find the user you'd like to update.
A flyover window will appear with the users' details. Click into the Information panel, then select Edit. From the Information window, under Role, change their user role. This will update their permissions.

Remember to click Save when you're done.
Learn will send them an email letting them know their permission level has changed and provide them with a link to access the site.
