Export Articulate Rise Course to Trakstar Learn
To upload an Articulate Rise course to Trakstar Learn, export the course as an LMS package using the recommended SCORM settings. These settings help ensure learner progress and completion are tracked correctly.
Export the Course
- Open your course from the Rise dashboard.
- Click Export in the upper-right corner.
- From the Export Type drop-down menu, select LMS.
- Under LMS, select SCORM 1.2.
Configure Tracking
Choose one of the available tracking methods.

| Completion Percentage | Recommended. Set the completion percentage to 100%. |
| Quiz Result | If using quiz tracking, configure the same passing score in both the Rise course and the Trakstar Learn module. |
Using matching tracking and passing score settings helps ensure completion is reported correctly.
Configure Reporting
Under Reporting:
- Set Reporting to Passed/Failed.
This reporting option is recommended for compatibility with Trakstar Learn.
Configure the Exit Course Link
For the Exit Course Link setting:
- Recommended: Leave this option disabled.
Disabling the exit link helps prevent learners from accidentally leaving the course before they have finished.
Generate the LMS Package
- Click Export again to generate the LMS package.
- If Rise identifies any issues (such as a blank lesson), choose whether to correct the issue or continue with the export.
Download the Published Package
After the export begins:
- Click Back to Course if you want to continue editing while the package is generated.
- When the export is complete, Rise sends an email containing a download link.
- Depending on your web browser, the .zip file may download automatically.
- If prompted, choose a location on your computer and save the file.
- If using the email notification, click Download Course and save the .zip file.
Upload the Course to Trakstar Learn
After downloading the exported .zip file, upload it to your Trakstar Learn module as your SCORM content.
