I Don't See Trainees When Previewing a Custom Certificate

When previewing a custom certificate, the trainee search only displays users who are currently enrolled in the selected course.

By default, trainees are listed in alphabetical order.

To preview a certificate for an enrolled trainee:

  1. Open the custom certificate preview.
  2. Select a trainee from the search box.
  3. Click Download PDF Preview.

No Trainees Appear in the Search

If no trainees are enrolled in the course, the search box displays "No matches found."

This is expected behavior.

You can still preview the certificate even if no trainees are enrolled.

To do so:

  1. Leave the trainee search blank.
  2. Click Download PDF Preview.

The generated preview will use the information for the currently logged-in Trainer or Administrator instead of a trainee.
