I'm getting a "duplicate email found" error when adding a new user!

If you received the above error after attempting to add a new trainee, the user you are trying to add already exists in the system - either as an active or archived user.

You can check to see if they are Active or Archived by clicking on Users on the left navigation.

  • While in Users, next to the Search Box, click Advanced Filters or Filters
  • If Filters have been set, click “Filters” button  
  • Under "Status" select "Any" and click search


Now all users, active and archived, will appear. Type in the email or username of the trainee you're trying to add in the search box. You should now see them listed and under the status column you will see whether they are active or archived.
