Sending a Preview of a Module

Sending a module preview is a great way to gather feedback from colleagues before publishing your content. A preview allows others to review the module and provide feedback without enrolling in the course.

Note: Preview links are temporary and expire after 72 hours.

Send a Module Preview

1. From the Home page, select Modules from the left navigation menu.
2. Open the module you want to preview.
3. Click Module Actions.
4. Select Preview.

Share the Preview

1. On the module title screen, click the Menu icon in the lower-left corner.

From the menu, select the Share icon.

3. In the pop-up window:
   • Enter the recipient's email address.
   • Send the preview.

The recipient will receive an email containing a temporary link to view the module. The preview link remains active for 72 hours.

Important Notes

Preview mode is intended for content review only.

When viewing a module in Preview mode:

• Quiz questions do not need to be answered.
• Viewers are not required to complete all module content.
• The experience is not an exact representation of what a trainee experiences when taking a course.

If you want to fully test the learner experience—including course navigation, completion requirements, and quizzes—we recommend inviting yourself or a colleague to the course that contains the module and completing it as a trainee.
