Inviting a Trainee to a Course
You can invite both new and existing trainees directly to a course. To get started, click on Courses, then the course you'd like to add trainees to. Click on Invite from the top right. A fly-over window will appear with the course information.
Existing Trainees
To invite trainees already in your Learn account, select Existing from the drop-down under Invite. You'll see a list of all trainees in your account. Click the boxes next to the trainees you'd like to add. You can select trainees via groups or the search bar.
Once you've selected the trainees, click on Invite (x) in the lower right corner. The number displayed will correspond to the number of trainees selected. A pop-up will appear at the top of the screen, confirming that the trainees have been added, and they will be notified via email. To return to the course, click on Back to Course in the top left corner.
New Trainees
Select New from the drop-down menu under Invite if you need to assign this course to a trainee not yet in your Learn account. The Add New Users interface will appear, and you can enter the trainee's details. When you're done, click Add in the lower right corner. This will add them to your Learn account and assign them to this course. They'll receive an email notification as well.
Note: The password must contain at least eight characters, one uppercase and lowercase letter, number, and symbol.
