Recovering Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry, you can easily reset it in just a few steps:
- Go to your training company’s login page and click “Forgot Password?”
- Enter the email address you use for your Trakstar Learn account on the Reset Password page.
You’ll then receive an email with a link to set a new password and get back into your account.

Learn password requirements
To ensure the security of user accounts, Trakstar Learn user accounts must have unique usernames/ emails and a password.
Passwords need to meet the following security requirements:
- Eight characters
- One upper-case letter
- One lowercase letter
- 1 number
- One symbol
Passwords must contain at least eight characters: one uppercase, one lowercase letter, a number, and a unique character (!@#$).
Users are required to change their password every 90 days for account security.

Note: If you do not have an email address associated with your Learn account, please contact your administrator for further instructions.
The link is only valid for 24 hours for your security. If the link has expired, repeat the steps above to generate a new reset password email.
