Recovering Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it in just a few steps.

Reset your password

1. Navigate to your organization's Trakstar Learn login page.
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. On the Reset Password page, enter the email address associated with your Trakstar Learn account.
4. Submit the request.

Trakstar Learn will send you a password reset email containing a link to create a new password.

Password Requirements

To help protect user accounts, every Trakstar Learn account must have a unique username or email address and a secure password.

Passwords must include:

• At least 8 characters
• At least 1 uppercase letter
• At least 1 lowercase letter
• At least 1 number
• At least 1 symbol (for example: ! @ # $)

Users are required to change their password every 90 days to help maintain account security.

Password Reset Link Expired?

For security purposes, password reset links are valid for 24 hours.

If your reset link has expired, repeat the password recovery steps above to generate a new password reset email.

Not Receiving the Password Reset Email?

If you do not receive the password reset email after requesting a reset:

• Check your spam or junk email folder.
• Verify that you entered the correct email address associated with your Learn account.
• If you still do not receive the email, contact the Trakstar Learn Support team at learn@trakstar.com for assistance.

Accounts Without an Email Address

Note: If your Learn account does not have an email address associated with it (for example, your organization uses usernames instead of email addresses), contact your administrator for assistance resetting your password.
