Sharing Insights with Your Team

Insights not only allows you to take a closer look at how Learn helps you to better equip your teams - but is designed to easily export this data for use in external reports, presentations, or just to share with your C-suite.

Screenshot & Export Data as CSV

Click on any of the displayed graphics, and a small pop-up to the right will appear.  Click on the three dots to download this data as a CSV.

The expanding arrows will expand this graphic, making it easier to grab a screenshot to share externally.

Print or Save as PDF

To print or save the data as a PDF, click the printer icon in the top right corner.

Select Print or Download as PDF, and follow the prompts.  The system will prepare the graphics to be formatted correctly for the PDF or printed option, so everything appears just as you are viewing it on your screen.
