Sharing Insights with Your Team
The Insights dashboard makes it easy to share reporting data with your team, leadership, or other stakeholders.
You can export report data, capture screenshots of visualizations, or generate a printer-friendly PDF for presentations and external reporting.
Export Data as a CSV
You can export the data behind any chart or visualization as a CSV file.
To export report data:
- Select the chart or graphic you want to export.
- A menu will appear to the right of the visualization.
- Select the three-dot menu.
- Choose the option to download the data as a CSV file.
Capture a Screenshot
If you'd like to include an Insights visualization in a presentation or report, you can expand the chart before taking a screenshot.
To enlarge a visualization:
- Select the chart or graphic.
- Click the Expand icon.
- Capture your screenshot using your preferred screenshot tool.
Expanding the visualization makes charts easier to read when shared externally.
Print or Save as a PDF
You can also print your Insights dashboard or save it as a PDF.
To do so:
- Select the Printer icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Download as PDF
- Follow the prompts to complete the action.
